Gold Loan Sales officer

You will be joining our NBFC Branch Sales Team in the Gold Loan division as a dynamic and customer-focused professional. This role presents an excellent opportunity for your career growth within the financial services sector. Your responsibilities will include achieving monthly sales targets for Gold Loans, identifying potential customers, and promoting gold loan products. You will be expected to manage branch walk-ins effectively, converting them into successful sales. Additionally, you will handle KYC procedures, loan processing, and documentation. Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships will also be a key part of your role. Apart from these, you will be involved in cross-selling other financial products such as insurance and money transfer services. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Gold Loan/NBFC/BFSI sector. A Graduate or Diploma (3-year full-time) qualification is required, with a preference for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in an NBFC for diploma holders. Strong communication skills in the local language along with basic English proficiency are essential. Being target-driven, customer-focused, and possessing basic computer knowledge (especially in MS Excel and loan software) will be advantageous.
