Job Description

Description We are seeking a motivated Gold Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management. This role involves promoting our gold loan products, assessing gold valuations, and ensuring a smooth application process for clients. Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients for gold loans. Assess the value of gold pledged by customers. Provide detailed information to customers about gold loan products and services. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for loan applications. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Follow up with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Skills and Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or banking sector. Strong understanding of gold loan products and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Good analytical and negotiation skills. High level of integrity and professionalism.
