Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and test the purity and quality of gold using proper assaying techniques and tools.
• Maintain proper documentation of gold received and processed.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy in gold testing and loan processing.
• Verify customer details and documents.
• Support branch team in achieving gold loan targets.
• Handle customer queries related to gold loans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.

Key Skills:

• Gold Testing / Assaying
• Customer Handling
• Accuracy in Gold Purity Checking
• Knowledge of Karatmeter / Touchstone / Other Testing Tools
• Documentation & Record Maintenance
• Basic Computer Knowledge

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Training or certification in gold assaying is an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in gold assaying (NBFC / Banking / Jewellery background preferred)
