Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Gold Valuation * & enhancing the POS** growth of the particular branch.
Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL _GL branch in the proper catchment areas
Accounting & handling cash in the branch for Gold Loan transactions.
Good in clerical ability & systematic working is highly appreciated.
Accuracy in calculation, counting & maintenance of records.
Cross selling of multiple investment products..

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

Fresh Graduates in any field.

Experience:

1 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial instrument sales. Gold Loan experience preferable.

Competencies:

Should flair for customer handling & sales.
Flexible for traveling & doing outdoor activities.
Require multitasking ability, convincing & good interpersonal skill.
Willing to take up responsibilities & ownership proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
Should have basic knowledge on computer.
