Your responsibilities will include calculating the valuation of Gold pledged by customers and maintaining accurate accounting processes, records, and handling cash transactions related to gold loans at the branch. It is essential to strictly adhere to the administrative processes, norms, policies, and organizational discipline. Moreover, you should have the skills to attract new customers through references and address customer queries efficiently while maintaining a cooperative approach. Job requirements include being a graduate with at least 1 year of experience in gold checking and working in a gold loan disbursement firm. Basic computer knowledge is necessary, along with a comprehensive understanding of gold purity, current gold rates, and experience in handling customers and significant cash amounts. This is a permanent position that offers benefits such as leave encashment and Provident Fund. The job operates on a day shift schedule with the opportunity for quarterly bonuses.
