Go-to-Market Senior Analyst

Job Description: As a Go-to-Market Senior Analyst at UST, you will play a crucial role in developing GTM strategy, supporting product launches, market entry strategies, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing market trends, customer data, and the competitive landscape to inform GTM strategies. You will conduct TAM, SAM, SOM assessments and ROI analysis, recommend pricing plans, and incorporate third-party reports into the GTM strategy. Collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams to align GTM efforts, monitoring KPIs such as adoption rates, conversion metrics, and revenue impact, and creating marketing collateral material for customer presentations will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will assist in developing customer personas and journey mapping. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, or GTM strategy. Proficiency in data tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments are required. An MBA or advanced degree is considered a plus. Your performance will be evaluated based on the accuracy and impact of market insights provided, the timeliness and effectiveness of GTM support, and your contribution to successful product launches and revenue growth.
