As a Go-to-Market Senior Analyst at UST, you will play a crucial role in shaping the GTM strategy, supporting product launches, market entry plans, and ensuring alignment across various functions. Your responsibilities will entail analyzing market trends, customer data, and competition landscape to drive informed GTM strategies. You will conduct assessments like TAM, SAM, SOM, ROI analysis, pricing studies, and incorporate third-party reports into the GTM strategy. Collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams will be essential to ensure cohesive GTM efforts, monitor KPIs, and create marketing collateral material for customer presentations. Additionally, you will assist in developing customer personas and journey mapping. To excel in this role, you are required to possess a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, or GTM strategy. Proficiency in data tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI is essential. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments, are key qualifications. An MBA or advanced degree would be considered a plus. Your performance will be evaluated based on the accuracy and impact of market insights, timeliness, and effectiveness of GTM support, and your contribution to successful product launches and revenue growth.
