About the Role:

We’re looking for a Go To Market Engineer and cold email lead generation expert who loves to learn and document. Your task will be to help drive the content motion at the company by capturing the latest strategies, experiments, and playbooks in cold email and lead generation


This role will give you insight into how a high-growth company operates. You will learn all the playbooks, learn from the best in the industry, and have access to the best consultants in the world


About You:

You have run high-volume cold email campaigns in the past. You want to go extremely fast in your career, build rare skills, and thrive at the intersection of cold email, operations, and technology..


You know the tricks of the trade when it comes to email deliverability, list building, workflows, and automation.


You see this role as a launchpad — your ultimate goal is to run your own agency or become an entrepreneur in the near future.

Responsibilities:

1.Continue learning about Cold Email/Lead Generation/AI


  • Follow influencers / Competitors and consume content for the following mediums
  • Watch 1 YT Videos Every Day
  • Create new Cold Email Campaigns
  • 1:1 Learning about the industry with the CEO/Agency Head (If Required)


2.Come up with Topics based Content Strategy for Linkedin

  • We will create a detailed content strategy of the type of content that works on Linkedin Ex: How-to’s, etc.
  • Your task will be to write a basic structure about this content. Research wherever is required.
  • A designer/writer will clean your content after


3.Create 1 Lead Magnets/Week

  • Create high-value lead magnets based on industry information


4.Write Blog Outlines

  • You will be given keywords for SEO and blog outlines. 
  • Your task will be to write down everything you know about blog outlines into a keyword. 


5.Learn whatever you want in any department: Operations, Engineering, Cold Email, Linkedin Outreach, SEO 


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience running cold email campaigns at scale. (20,000+ Emails/Day)
  • Familiarity with deliverability, domain warm-up, and inbox rotation.
  • Hands-on with automation and workflow tools (Clay, N8N, Smartlead, Instantly, Clay.com).
  • Strong understanding of lead list building, data enrichment, scraping tools, and APIs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, scrappy, self-directed.
