The Practice A Brief Sketch The C N Song practice is aligned to the Capability Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing Transformation , Connected Commerce and Advanced Customer Experience . These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner. You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following : Collaborate with the development teams to understand user requirements and design effective user interfaces that meet their needs. Design and create visually appealing , intuitive and functional user interfaces for client's products and systems Create wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs using industry standard design tools Design UI elements such as navigation components, search boxes, page ribbons, tabs, widgets, CTAs, carousels, in-app banners etc for digital assets Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to design specifications. Keep up-to-date with industry trends , best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design. Bring your best skills forward to e xcel at the role : Work closely with clients to develop wireframes and visual designs meeting their design & experience objectives: Apply experiences underpinned by customer behaviors, motivations and relevance, to help shape and design digital products. Aside from a keen eye for design details, you will have a strong sense of behavioral science: Identify and articulate nuanced insights. Bring your strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead UI / UX design projects independently Drive change by communicating compelling design story to develop and impact the product strategy and design Read about us. Bachelor's degree or Masters in Design / Fine Arts / Equivalent Overall experience of 5+ years in UI/UX design for digital products & services Hands-on experience and understanding of UI/UX tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma,Zeplin, Adobe XDetc) What's in it for you?
