As a Global Managed Service Identity and Access Management Staff at EY, you will play a crucial role in deploying and supporting the Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include extending the Saviynt Object Model, resolving technical issues, and ensuring high standards of quality deliverables within the stated SLAs. Your expertise in IGA concepts such as User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Auditing, Reporting, Access Certification, and SOD will be essential to the role. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements - Extend the Saviynt Object Model - Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation - Understand IGA concepts such as User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Auditing, Reporting, Access Certification, and SOD - Provide Level 2 support for the system within agreed service levels - Design and create Attestation and Certification Campaigns - Develop and maintain user onboarding workflows and role provisioning - Perform Root Cause Analysis and suggest solutions to avoid errors - Monitor IAM platform components & resources and provide IAM support to end users - Perform systems analysis and tuning to ensure optimal infrastructure response - Write custom java code for custom tasks, custom connectors, plugins, etc. - Work with different connectors like JDBC, Web-service connector, SCIM2.0 connector - Collaborate effectively with team members in a competitive environment - Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and work independently with a positive attitude Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree required Work Requirements: - Willingness to travel as required - Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime - Willingness to work in shifts as required At EY, you will have the opportunity to contribute to building a better working world by helping clients grow, transform, and operate.
