GMS Staff PAM BeyondTrust

You will be joining EY as a Cyber Managed Service - Privileged Identity and Access Management Staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing L2 support for BeyondTrust PAM-related issues. This includes troubleshooting user access problems, session management issues, and system outages. Your primary focus will be on managing and maintaining BeyondTrust PAM solutions to ensure the security and efficiency of privileged access management processes. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with the management of privileged accounts and access rights within the BeyondTrust PAM platform, monitoring system performance and logs to identify and address potential issues proactively, collaborating with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with security policies, and contributing to the development of policy documentation, user guides, and training materials. You will also engage in security reviews and audits of BeyondTrust PAM configurations, support the implementation of security measures like Multi-Factor Authentication and session recording, resolve tickets and service requests related to BeyondTrust PAM, and stay updated on new features and updates through relevant training sessions. Your role will involve providing feedback to improve the efficiency of the BeyondTrust PAM service and working with support and vendors to resolve complex issues. The ideal candidate for this position will have up to 3 years of experience in IT operations or support, preferably with a focus on privileged access management or security solutions. Familiarity with BeyondTrust PAM or similar platforms is preferred, along with a basic understanding of security protocols and standards related to access management. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Additionally, you should be willing to travel as required, be on call support engineer, work occasional overtime, and be available to work in shifts when necessary.
