Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tebis Stamping Dies CAM Programmer/Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role is central to our production process, involving the precise programming, simulation, and optimization of CNC machining operations for the creation of high-quality stamping dies. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Tebis CAD/CAM software to translate complex engineering designs into efficient and accurate machine toolpaths, ensuring the integrity and functionality of the final dies. This position requires a strong understanding of machining principles, die manufacturing processes, and a commitment to precision and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

Additional Information:

Analyze blueprints, engineering drawings, and 3D CAD models to determine machining requirements and optimal manufacturing processes.
Develop/Generate optimize CNC programs using TEBIS CAM.
CAD Preparation for smooth Safe Tool path.
Create comprehensive setup documentation, including set-up sheets, bill of materials, and tool lists, to facilitate smooth machine operation by operators.
Collaborate closely with Global Manufacturing engineers, Plant teams to troubleshoot machining issues, resolve defects, and continuously improve processes.
Train and instruct CNC operators on proper machine usage, program execution, and safety protocols.
Maintain detailed records of machining processes, program changes, and maintenance activities.
