GMB Execution Support (Contract)

Job Title: GMB Execution Support (Contract) Contractual Role for 6 months can extend if needed Experience: 4-5 years Industry Type:- retail chains, QSR brands, or digital agencies We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented GMB Execution Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with an external agency to establish streamlined systems and procedures, ensuring the long-term effectiveness of our GMB (Google My Business) initiatives. The role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date Google pages by adding store photos, updating essential information, and promptly addressing customer reviews. What This Person Will Do: Work closely with our GMB agency Work create and fix Companys store pages on Google. Ensure the agency adds photos, menus, and links for each store every few days. Make sure all store details (like timings, location, and services) are correct. Crate a system to reply to customer reviews using ready-made messages. Create an ongoing process to make sure our pages look better than other companies (best in the category). Collaborate with cross-functions, DITA teams and partners to get all this done. Share weekly reports on whats missing or can be improved. Skills Needed: Proficiency in using Google tools and internet-based platforms. Ability to define, document, and optimize systems and processes. Strong collaboration and agency management skills, with the ability to ensure accountability. Experience in preparing clear, concise reports to track progress and outcomes. 4-5 years of relevant work experience. Basic understanding of digital marketing and online presence management. Job Type: Short-term contract (6 months), can extend if needed.
