We are looking for a Female Senior management Executive, minimum 15+ year's of experience and must have worked for at least five years at senior level. She should have excellent verbal & written communication skills, innovative mind and acceptance to change as per the environment.

She will be made responsible to assist the founder to one or more segments of the setup for design, implement and control the deliveries while taking care of complete processes to help lead the organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, Develop and implement operational policies according to the strategic plans for short term and long term for different verticals.
• Monitor company performance.
• Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
• Taking care of operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
• Make decisions from bottom to top according to the given SOPs, policies and strategy.
• To act as the primary spokesperson for the company.
• To create alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience and 5 years in similar capacity.
• Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
• Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Comfortable to travel across India to hold meetings and presentations.
