As a talented professional in the field of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for owning the Profit & Loss (P&L) for Talent Acquisition, with a focus on reducing cycle time and average cost per hire. Your key deliverables include strategizing the talent acquisition process, utilizing automation in hiring processes to enhance operational efficiency, and developing a Predictive Vacancy forecast model to ensure the availability of a talent pool for immediate fulfillment of critical roles. Your role will also involve reducing the cycle time of recruitment, identifying potential sources and methods of sourcing talent across different categories, and promoting the in-house Job portal by adding more Jobs & Job seekers. You will be accountable for the quality of candidates, ensuring they possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitude required to excel in their respective roles. Additionally, you will need to ensure adherence to defined salary bands, reduce cost per hire, and minimize replacement costs by improving the overall quality of hire. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 12 years of core experience in non-IT Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment. Exposure to diverse business lines and different levels of recruitment is highly desirable, with a preference for candidates who have worked in Staffing companies or Talent acquisition firms.
