GM TALENT ACQUISITION. (Non-IT Manufacturing)

You will be responsible for owning the profit and loss (P&L) for Talent Acquisition. Your key deliverables will include reducing cycle time and average cost per hire. It will be essential for you to strategize the talent acquisition process and implement automation in hiring processes to enhance operational efficiency. Developing a Predictive Vacancy forecast model to maintain a talent pool for immediate fulfillment of critical roles will be a crucial aspect of your role. Efforts should be directed towards reducing the cycle time of recruitment and continually identifying potential sources and methods for sourcing talent across different categories, including discrete, mass, and campus talent. You will also be tasked with promoting the in-house Job portal by increasing the number of job listings and job seekers. Ensuring the quality of candidates in terms of their skill, knowledge, and attitude required for the job will be a key responsibility. This involves monitoring their fit for the role and maintaining adherence to defined salary bands. Moreover, you will be expected to reduce the cost per hire and replacement costs by enhancing the overall quality of hire. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 12 years of core experience in non-IT Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years serving as a team leader in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to diverse business lines and experience across various levels will be advantageous. Candidates with a background in staffing companies or talent acquisition companies will be preferred.
