Candidate Profile:
• Educational Qualification- MBA preferred with Marketing as a specialization.
• Work experience of 20+ years of in Marketing & Sales in the Pharma Industry in organizations with national presence and repute, heading a company/division with a turnover of around INR 500 Cr with a multi-product offering basket.
• Exposure in digital Marketing & E-commerce platform.
• Proven track record of attaining high sales growth in a challenging environment through proper utilization of resources and involvement of team members. Should be a thoroughbred team-player with inherent abilities to mobilize and motivate large teams.
• Should have excellent Communication and Presentation skills and should be well versed with use of IT tools for sales.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata. Proficiency in Bengali (apart from English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
