Job Title:

Job Purpose / Justification

To ensure construction quality by implementing and monitoring standards and procedures across all stagesensuring compliance with specifications, safety norms, and regulatory requirements to deliver durable and satisfactory real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Implement Quality Standards: Ensure all construction work complies with approved quality plans, specifications, and industry standards as per IS Codes.

• Approval on Specification: Responsible for verifying the specification as per approved drawings/IS codes/standard practices before giving the order.

• Method Statement: Prepare method statement of each activity & get it approved from Project In charge prior to commencement of work.

• Material Inspection: Inspect incoming construction materials to verify compliance with required quality standards and specifications.

• Site Supervision: Monitor on-site activities to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to design and safety norms.

• Testing & Documentation: Coordinate material, structural & finishing items tests and maintain proper documentation.

• Non-Conformance Management: Identify defects or deviations, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Vendor & Contractor Quality Checks: Evaluate the quality of work by subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.

• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and coordinate with project engineers, architects, and consultants.

• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external quality audits and ensure closure of audit findings.

• Timely submission of daily/weekly QC reports

• Number of quality meetings/inspections conducted with stakeholders

Educational Qualifications / Experience

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 1012 years of QA/QC experience in real estate.

• Must have worked in QA/QC from RCC to finishing.
