Objective of Work – GM Production (Cut to Pack)

The objective of the General Manager – Production (Cut to Pack) is to oversee and manage the complete garment production cycle — from fabric cutting to final packing — ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and premium quality standards. You will be responsible for integrating and optimizing every stage of production to achieve maximum productivity with minimal wastage. Key focus areas include:

• Cutting to Packing Oversight: Plan, organize, and control all operations including cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control, and packing to ensure a smooth and continuous production flow.
• On-Time Delivery: Execute production schedules to meet buyer deadlines while maintaining shipment accuracy.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce stringent quality standards at every stage to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.
• Cost & Efficiency Management: Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to achieve cost-effective production and improve profitability.
• Process Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing practices, automation, and line balancing to enhance output and reduce wastage.
• Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and lead production teams across all departments to maintain high performance and operational discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
