The role of Branding and Marketing Manager at Maestro involves overseeing all marketing activities of the organization and its projects. As a corporate role, you will be working towards the long-term vision and strategic roadmap of the company. Your responsibilities will include handling PR, corporate communications, media management, digital marketing, advertising, and presales. **Key Responsibilities:** *Strategic Focus:* - Developing the marketing strategy for Maestro - Directing and overseeing the marketing function to attract new customers - Researching and developing strategies to identify marketing opportunities - Establishing short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and procedures - Developing approach/target plans for different segments and products - Assessing the alignment of new product launches *Operational Focus:* - Estimating marketing budget based on trends and directives - Allocating the marketing budget to various product categories - Participating in the development of new project proposals - Planning public affairs and communication efforts - Supervising the planning and development of marketing materials - Representing Maestro at various meetings and events - Defining brand positioning and architecture - Identifying co-branding opportunities - Planning public relations activities and messaging requirements - Allocating promotions budget and measuring effectiveness - Conducting primary research to understand buying patterns - Monitoring press releases and generating leads through various channels *People Focus:* - Recruiting, developing, and retaining staff in partnership with HR - Managing and enforcing HR policies and procedures - Supervising and managing team performance - Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members - Identifying training needs and counseling top talent - Ensuring low attrition rate **Education and Experience:** - MBA with Marketing specialization from a reputed university - Minimum 10 years of experience, with 5 years in Real Estate Industry - Experience leading a team of at least 10+ members **Leadership Competencies and Skills:** - Good interpersonal and customer-facing skills - Strong team working skills and ability to work independently - Desire to update product knowledge and skill set - Conscientious, flexible, and proactive working style - Excellent oral communication skills at all levels of seniority Overall, as the Branding and Marketing Manager at Maestro, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand philosophy, driving marketing strategies, and ensuring the company's success in the market.,
