Additionally, aligning VF based on CSF with the SIOP team is crucial for success in this role. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing and publishing forecasts for a list of suppliers within a time horizon of 3 to 18 months, ensuring full demand alignment with BU/LoB and NPI/transfer plans, and conducting cycle-to-cycle comparisons. - Ensuring supplier capacity and commitment by detecting main gaps, obtaining formal commitments from suppliers (PO & forecast acknowledgement), managing and escalating capacity gaps, and analyzing supply and demand to address excess and shortage situations. - Controlling the execution of quotas, ensuring long-term PO placement according to validated forecasts, and formalizing actions to cover capacity and business risks. - Improving supply chain resilience through strategic stock and double sourcing processes. - Driving continuous improvement and digitization, focusing on lead time, MOQ, incoterm, Optiflow, LTC compliance, supplier engagement on SupplyOn, and monitoring supplier performance. - Managing Long Term Supply Agreements (LTSA) with suppliers by tracking progress and commitments.
