GLP Specialist For Analytical & Formulations Team

Dear All,

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented GLP Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in formulation development as well in Analytical Development.

Location: Hyderabad(Dulapally)

Required Experience: 4-7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure error-free and real-time documentation as per departmental and regulatory requirements.
   
2. Prepare and revise departmental SOPs, GTPs, AMCCs, and APMCs for Analytical Development (AD) and Formulation Development (FD) departments.
   
3. Receive and maintain logbooks, SOPs, and other issued documents from QA in a controlled manner.
   
4. Ensure laboratory compliance with

   GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)

   and

   GDP (Good Documentation Practices)

   in AD & FD.
5. Handle Quality Notifications including Change Control Notes (CCNs), Incidents, and Events, ensuring timely closure and documentation.
   
6. Verify and ensure proper maintenance and compliance of laboratory logbooks.
   
7. Monitor and record laboratory and refrigerator temperatures and balance usage time on a regular basis.
   
8. Prepare and maintain monthly instrument utilization reports.
   
9. Ensure usage of valid working and reference impurity standards for all analyses.
   
10. Manage receipt, labeling, storage, and control of samples, standards, chemicals, and reagents.
    
11. Support installation, qualification, and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment.
    
12. Ensure proper archival and retrieval of completed analytical files and laboratory notebooks (LNBs).
    
13. Review and perform routine calibrations of laboratory instruments (Balances, UV-VIS Spectrophotometers, pH Meters, Sonicators, Media Degassers, etc.).
    
14. Oversee safe waste disposal as per environmental and company guidelines.
    
15. Coordinate and maintain records of departmental training programs in AD & FD.
    
16. Prepare and review supplementary qualification protocols as needed.
    
17. Coordinate the procurement of reagents, chemicals, and consumables to ensure uninterrupted lab operations.
