Global Trade Operations Readiness Officer - C10 - MUMBAI

Role Overview: As the C10 - Operations Readiness Lead for the Trade Transformation team at Citi's Global Trade & Working Capital business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth implementation and adoption of strategic initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing operations for new products training, coordinating system changes, providing visibility to senior management on changes, and driving efficiency to achieve the overall strategic objectives of the Trade Transformation roadmap. Utilizing strong analytical capabilities and communication skills, you will bridge strategic vision with operational execution to ensure global operations are robust, efficient, and future-ready. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complex operational readiness projects for key Trade Transformation initiatives, aligning them with strategic goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operational requirements and design future-state processes. - Analyze existing operational workflows, identify impacts of new initiatives, and propose solutions to optimize processes. - Develop operational process documentation and training materials for successful deployment of new capabilities. - Drive change management activities to ensure operational teams are well-prepared to manage new processes effectively. - Represent Operations Readiness in various forums, providing updates to senior stakeholders on project status and achievements. - Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend solutions for continuous improvement. - Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Coordinate Production Validation Testing and Weekend Sanity testing for Trade products. - Provide demo and training for new functions, creation of training material, and support for all Trade Products and systems. - Track and report commercialization progress and work with vendors, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a related role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Stakeholder management, project implementation, or commercialization experience with Agile methodology. - Knowledge of Trade Finance products and operations. - Familiarity with e-loans in a trade finance context. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
