Global Services Research Analyst Consultant

As a Research Analyst at Plante Moran, you will play a crucial role in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to help our clients expand their world view. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting qualitative and quantitative research by collecting data and information from various sources such as public databases, financial reports, surveys, etc. - Analyzing data using statistical tools and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the company's goals and requirements. - Preparing detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and analysis. - Providing insights based on data analysis to support department decision-making processes. - Collaborating with other departments to understand their research needs and assist in data-backed decision-making. - Managing research projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelors Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-6 years of relevant experience in a research analyst role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in software like Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of tools like Tableau will be a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Attention to accuracy and detail. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
