Global Service Delivery Manager- GHRSS Hiring

As an SDM/SSDM at GHRSS Hiring, you will report to BDM/BL/Sr BL in the Recruitment department of the company. The mode of work is Hybrid, and the budget for this position is 22-24 LPa. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition GHRSS Hiring function for the assigned location(s). Your primary responsibilities will include: **Key Responsibilities:** - Spearhead the recruitment process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing industry best practices to establish a world-class Global Talent Acquisition process. - Lead, coach, and empower a team of Talent Acquisition Leads specializing in hiring for GHRSS sub-verticals HRIS/TAGS/Ops and provide end-to-end recruitment support to the UK, US, APAC business. - Plan and strategize hiring needs, develop & drive the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives. - Create a robust Talent Acquisition engine to enhance recruitment efficiency, develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs. - Set internal standards on recruitment through benchmarking and best practices, review data to forecast talent supply & needs, and maintain relationship management with key stakeholders. - Track recruitment metrics to measure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring processes. **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a team-leading role. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Global HR Shared Services hiring. - Experience in driving talent acquisition strategy and delivery, ability to drive strategic goals in a fast-paced, complex environment. - Proven track record of building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and managing high-performing teams. **Additional Details:** - Minimum Qualifications: Any graduate This role requires someone with extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and team management, specifically in Global HR Shared Services hiring.
