Global Sales Manager - South East Asia

As a Global Sales Manager for South East Asia at a renowned global leader in personal care, cosmetics, and fragrances, your role involves driving growth across South East Asian markets by leading sales initiatives and building strategic partnerships. The international group consists of 10 companies engaged in developing, manufacturing, distributing, and marketing fragrances, color cosmetics, skin care, bath care, and other personal care products. Their brands are distributed in over 70+ countries worldwide through fully owned distribution and manufacturing companies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales initiatives and drive growth in South East Asian markets. - Build strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and increase sales. - Utilize extensive knowledge of South East Asian markets, including Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand. - Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve targets. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the region. Qualifications Required: - 12-18 years of experience in the body care/personal care or perfume segments; a blend of both is preferred. - Extensive knowledge of South East Asian markets. - Proven track record in sales and business development within the specified regions. - Preferably based in Ahmedabad or within the South East Asia market.
