Role Overview: As a Global Operations Trainee at Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain an overview of various disciplines within Operations by rotating through different departments. Your journey will be guided by a mentor from senior leadership who will provide you with support and guidance throughout the program. Your soft skills such as communication, negotiation, and leadership will be honed through workshops and practical experience. Additionally, you will participate in a FLDP during your trainee period to enhance your skills further.
