Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with HRBPs and business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop relevant learning initiatives. - Implement talent and people development strategies in alignment with group guidance, policies, and procedures. - Design and deliver leadership, talent, and learning solutions with measurable outcomes, integrating learning, talent, and performance processes for a seamless employee experience. - Advise and coach HR and business leaders on development topics, enhancing efficiency and user experience. - Measure and evaluate program effectiveness, continuously improving solutions and ensuring return on learning investment. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Business Administration (advanced certifications such as CIPD or ATD are advantageous). - 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development roles, preferably in global technology or engineering-driven industries. - Strong expertise in leadership development, capability building, and talent frameworks. - Ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions with measurable outcomes. - Proficiency in digital learning tools, platforms, and analytics. - Agile, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
