As the Global Lead, Service Asset & Configuration, Technology, your role will involve supporting the Asset Management and Configuration Processes for the Organization. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring adherence to the Asset and Configuration Management Process - Continuous monitoring of the CMDB for any inconsistencies and taking immediate corrective actions - Ensuring strict compliance of Assets and Configuration with requirements for all stakeholders - Accurate reporting of Assets and Configuration as per organizational requirements - Leading initiatives for automation and validation for CMDB - Maintenance of the Hardware Asset Management Process - Leading a team of Asset Managers and ensuring their KPI and performance parameters are met - Governance related to Asset and Configuration Management Your competencies should include proficiency in IT Infrastructure Management, knowledge of on-site Digital Workplace Services, Data Center, Network, and Hosting, IT Service Management Practices (ITIL Foundation Certification), Compliance, Risk Management, Systems Integration & Build, hands-on experience in managing local business requirements, and a customer-centric approach. Key Performance Indicators for your role will include managing Local Services within SLA/OLA KPIs, ability to evaluate and launch new services & capabilities, productivity gains, and defect reduction through continuous improvement, User Community for Asset and Configuration Management, and ensuring process and compliance setup is applied and adhered to. An ideal background for this role would include a University degree in Computer Science or a comparable education, fluency in written and spoken English, 6 years of IT experience in operations and system management, more than 6 years of experience in Service Management or Engineering of a local IT infrastructure portfolio, and a track record of delivering local projects on time, quality, and budget.
