The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR business partnering within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and data analytics tools.
