Global Language Specialist

As an expert on our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you will be joining a truly global group of subject matter and language specialists from diverse disciplines. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of AI by contributing to its training and refinement. Responsibilities:

• Create training datasets for AI models to improve accuracy, fluency, coherence, and tone of voice.
• Annotate data to help align AI outputs with human values.
• Analyze and refine grammar, syntax, semantics, and sentence structure in both human-created and AI-generated content to ensure adherence to linguistic rules and conventions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and engineers, to refine and iterate data sets.
• Contribute to the development of evolving specifications and data recipes for AI model training.
• Adapt to dynamic environments with shifting guidelines and priorities.
• Consistently achieve target KPIs, including daily job counts and handle time, within defined data production windows.

What we’re looking for:

• Native or advanced proficiency in one or more of the following languages:

• Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Farsi, Arabic, Bengali, Tamil, Urdu, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Hindi.

• Excellent writing skills in English.
• Strong command of grammar, syntax, semantics, and linguistic nuance.
• Ability to edit and enhance written content across diverse subject areas.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong online research skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse and global teams.
• Adaptability and agility to thrive in fast-changing environments with evolving guidelines.
