Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst in the International Incentive Compensation team in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in the sales commission processing during the monthly commission close cycle. Your attention to detail and analytical focus will be instrumental in your success, as you will be responsible for audits, data quality reviews, and supporting data reporting. Collaborating with global Sales Compensation teams across America, Europe, and Asia, you will have the opportunity to work extensively with the wider global Incentive Compensation functions. Key Responsibilities: - Produce and complete commission close audits with a high level of accuracy. - Collaborate with other teams for timelines and schedules to ensure accurate commission numbers. - Focus on continuous process improvement in processes, audits, and documentation related to close cycle activities. - Generate necessary audit reports, conduct reviews, and take appropriate actions. - Provide support ranging from simple report generation to complex analysis from multiple sources. - Engage in cross-functional collaboration and utilize functional knowledge of Org62 and Xactly. - Perform ad-hoc analyses and execute assigned projects as required. - Act as a trusted partner for all upstream and downstream business functions. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of work experience. - Proficiency in automated sales commissions systems and their setup and operation (e.g. Xactly, Callidus, SPIFF ICM, Oracle EIM, etc.). - Advanced skills and experience in Python, SQL, Alteryx, VBA, and Tableau. - Experience in creating Dashboards and writing SQL/Python queries. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and process orientation. - Effective communication across functional groups and the ability to facilitate effective issue resolution. - Proactive in learning, adapting quickly, and suggesting process improvement ideas. - Capable of working under tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. - Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,
