Job Description

As a Senior Analyst in the International Incentive Compensation team at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in the sales commission processing during the monthly commission close cycle. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Producing and completing the commissions close audits with a high level of accuracy. - Collaborating closely with other GIC teams to ensure accurate commission numbers and adherence to timelines and schedules. - Implementing continuous process improvement in audit procedures, documentations, and processes related to close cycle activities. - Running necessary audit reports, reviews, and taking required actions. - Supporting from simple report generation to complex analysis builds from multiple sources. - Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and demonstrating functional knowledge of Org62 and Xactly. - Conducting ad-hoc analyses and executing assigned projects as needed. - Serving as the trusted partner for all upstream and downstream business functions. Qualifications required for this role include: - 7+ years of work experience. - Experience in automated sales commissions systems and their set-up and operation (e.g. Xactly, Callidus, SPIFF ICM, Oracle EIM, etc.). - Advanced skills and experience in Python, SQL, Alteryx, VBA, and Tableau. - Proficiency in working with Dashboards, SQL/Python queries. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and process orientation. - Effective communication across functional groups and the ability to drive effective issue resolution. - Willingness to learn quickly, propose process improvement ideas, and handle tight deadlines effectively. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,
