Job Description

Global Immigration & Mobility Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Visa & Immigration Support

  • Manage U.S. work visa processes including H-1B, L-1A, transfers, and renewals.
  • Track visa expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, business unit heads, and managers for filings and RFEs.

Prepare and submit petitions with attorney support (paper & online filings).

  • Handle green card sponsorships (PERM, I-140, I-485).
  • Manage USCIS/legal fee payments and invoicing.
  • Support U.S. business visa processing.

Process Management & Tracking

  • Maintain digital immigration trackers and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Track work authorization for employees and dependents.
  • Prepare ROI and process efficiency reports.

Legal Coordination & Compliance

  • Conduct monthly calls with immigration attorneys.
  • Manage USCIS audits (site visits, calls, emails).
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and evolving regulations.

Employee Engagement & Documentation

  • Serve as the primary contact for immigration-related queries.
  • Host Q&A sessions and one-on-one consultations with attorneys.
  • Guide employees on documentation requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare employment verification, vendor, and client letters.

Global Mobility & Relocation

  • Support visa and immigration requirements for international travel, assignments, and cross-border relocations.

Strategic Reporting & Improvements

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Share monthly immigration updates and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree (preferred: HR, Business, or Law).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in U.S. immigration, visa, or mobility management.
  • Strong knowledge of USCIS processes, compliance, and legal documentation.
  • Experience coordinating with attorneys and handling RFEs.
  • Proficiency in immigration tracking tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good-to-have:

    Exposure to immigration processes in

    Canada, Mexico, EU, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

Work Schedule

  • US Shift (evening to morning IST)

    to align with U.S. time zones.
