**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for all aspects of HR, managing the entire life cycle of the company's employee base across its various offices. As the Head of HR, you will play a crucial role in leading HR initiatives that directly support the company's goals and long-term strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategic leadership: Lead the development and execution of HR initiatives supporting the company's goals. - Organizational culture champion: Create a workplace environment fostering growth, innovation, and inclusiveness. - Talent management: Oversee talent acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for critical roles. - Organizational development: Drive change management initiatives to help the organization adapt and thrive. - Performance Management and Development: Formulate annual objectives and KPIs, implement performance management interventions. - Learning & Development: Design and implement training initiatives, identify critical needs and skills gaps. - Coaching & Success Planning: Collaborate with C-suite to identify succession plans for critical roles and provide coaching. - Diversity and inclusion: Champion initiatives to build an inclusive and diverse workforce. - Employee experience: Establish uniform experience through effective onboarding, training, and career development strategies. - Legal compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks. **Qualifications:** *Mandatory Skills:* - Proven experience in leading Global HR function with multi-country exposure. - Experience working with Founders and C-Suite across various business units/regions. - 20+ years of overall experience in leading HR function, with at least 5 years in leading large teams. - Deep understanding of talent management and compliance practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Desired Skills:* - Exposure to HR Digital & technology. - Prior experience in managing HR/Internal Communications. **Additional Details:** This global role is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with travel (~25%) to other countries on a need basis. **Equal Opportunity Statement:** The company is committed to diversity and inclusivity in its hiring practices.,
