As the Global Head of Protection and Resilience at Allianz Services, your role is crucial in leading the development and implementation of global protection and resilience strategies. Your responsibilities include: - **Strategic Leadership**: - Define and execute a global protection and resilience strategy aligned with organizational goals and DORA compliance. - Guide regional teams to ensure risk management consistency and adherence to regulations. - **Risk Management & Crisis Response**: - Assess and mitigate risks to operations, assets, and personnel. - Develop crisis management protocols, lead responses, and ensure effective incident reporting per DORA guidelines. - Oversee physical security and ensure compliance with digital operational resilience standards. - Implement and test business continuity plans to safeguard critical services. - Engage internal and external stakeholders to adopt best practices and address emerging threats. - **Performance Monitoring**: - Track KPIs, report progress, and ensure governance and compliance with DORA standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Security, Risk Management, Business, or related fields (Advanced degree preferred). - 8-10 years of experience in senior resilience roles, ideally in global organizations. - Expertise in DORA-compliant risk management, crisis response, and business continuity. - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus). - Certifications (e.g., CPP, CBCP, CISSP) preferred; interest in technologies like GenAI is a plus.
