What You'll Do

Global Data Analyst - Senior Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines

  and data workflows using Python and AWS services (Glue, Lambda, S3)

• Leverage Python and SQL

  to integrate, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources.

• Develop and manage data models

  in Snowflake, ensuring efficient data warehousing, schema design, and query performance optimization.

• Design and deliver interactive visualizations and dashboards

  using Power BI and Tableau, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

• Perform end-to-end data analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Apply analytical and statistical techniques

• Contribute to innovation initiatives

  by exploring emerging tools, automation opportunities, and advanced analytical techniques such as predictive modeling and NLP.

What You'll Bring

• 4-8 years of relevant experience

  in data engineering, analytics, or related data-focused roles.

• Strong proficiency in Python,

• Hands-on experience with AWS services

• Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, and relational databases,

• Experience integrating APIs

• Advanced dashboarding skills

• Good-to-have experience

• Good-to-have familiarity

• Good-to-have knowledge

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of Knowledge Data & Analytics team within the Knowledge portfolio, collaborating with global stakeholders across functions and regions. The role will be based in Gurugram as part of the larger Data & Analytics group, which supports multiple functions across BCG by driving data strategy, analytics innovation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

In this role, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven, visualization, and innovation solutions that enhance decision-making, optimize processes, and create measurable business impact across the firm.
