Job Description

Role Overview: As a Global Client Lifecycle Management SME at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, as an AVP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing KYC and client onboarding processes within the PB division on a global scale. Your responsibilities will involve upholding the bank's risk standards, adapting to new regulatory requirements, and driving process efficiency to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the KYC and client onboarding process. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across different divisions to define standards, share best practices, and expand the organizational knowledge base. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to CTB projects in the AML/KYC domain globally, reviewing and supporting the Target Operating Model - Prepare deliverables for policy working groups to clarify regulatory requirements within supported regions - Collaborate with international stakeholders including Coverage teams, AFC, QA, Global KYC teams, etc., to develop process designs, change management requests, and training and technology adjustments - Prepare Key Performance Metrics for Senior management and assist in monitoring deliverables and actions - Provide guidance and advice on policy/process queries within your area of expertise - Conduct trainings for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and contribute to the PB KYC knowledge base Qualifications Required: - A Graduate degree in Finance, Business, or Economics with a deep understanding of AML and KYC related regulatory requirements - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Client Onboarding processes, KYC review, and/or AML related positions, preferably in a Private Bank - Strong process-oriented thinking and commitment to maintaining quality standards - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with an initiative-driven and proactive approach to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an open-minded approach to sharing information with stakeholders and team members - Excellent command of English Company Details: Deutsche Bank fosters a culture of empowerment, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
