Job Description

As an Analyst Relations professional at Capgemini, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing, anchoring, and enhancing strong relationships with targeted industry analysts. Your primary focus will be strategically positioning Capgemini as a business and technology transformation partner with a client-centric approach. You will play a pivotal role in developing Capgemini's end-to-end narrative to effectively communicate its value proposition to the market. This will involve proposing innovative ideas, fostering deeper connections, crafting compelling narratives, and designing engaging formats to showcase the client experience. Your work domain will primarily revolve around Software Engineering, involving the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. You will utilize scientific methodologies to analyze and address software engineering challenges, implement best practices, and oversee the activities of other software engineers. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders will be crucial to meet the role's expectations and contribute significantly to software engineering projects. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate closely with Industry Teams, Media Relations, and Marketing Leaders to drive engagement with analysts - Manage analyst briefings, including coordinating responses, guiding presentation development, providing content, securing client references, and leading follow-up initiatives - Address analyst inquiries, gather insights throughout the year on behalf of Capgemini - Organize and facilitate strategy workshop sessions to offer strategic advisory support - Oversee industry analyst responses to secure prominent positions in relevant analyst reports and ensure accuracy of disseminated information - Safeguard Capgemini's brand and reputation, manage negative coverage, and escalate issues as necessary Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation partner with a rich legacy spanning over 55 years, is entrusted by clients worldwide to deliver comprehensive services and solutions harnessing AI, cloud, and data capabilities.
