Your Role

? Define best practices, governance models, and usage guidelines for GitHub Copilot.

? Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands-on demos to upskill teams.

? Stay up to date with the latest features, capabilities, and limitations of GitHub Copilot and related tools.

? Evaluate and recommend Copilot extensions, plugins, and integrations to enhance developer experience.

? Mentor developers on how to effectively collaborate with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.

Your Profile

? 12+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in at least one of: Java, PHP, Python, or ABAP.

? Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.

? Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical initiatives.

? Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Advanced Security.

? Exposure to other AI coding assistants (e.g., Amazon Code Whisperer).

? Experience in setting up internal developer platforms or developer experience initiatives.
