Job Description

Role & responsibilities Administer and maintain Esri Utility Network datasets for electric, water, gas, or telecom utilities Design, configure, and implement GIS solutions using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related Esri technologies Perform QA and QC of utility data to ensure network connectivity, topology rules, and attribute accuracy Support field operations through mobile GIS applications and offline data synchronization Develop scripts and tools using Python, Arcade, or ModelBuilder to automate workflows and improve data quality Collaborate with engineering, planning, and IT teams to integrate GIS with enterprise systems such as SCADA, CMMS, and ERP Provide training and documentation for Utility Network workflows and best practices Analyze spatial data and generate maps, dashboards, and reports to support operational decisions Participate in network tracing, outage analysis, and other advanced utility modeling functions Preferred Qualifications Experience with ArcGIS Utility Network implementation and migration Familiarity with FME, SQL Server, or PostGIS GISP certification or Esri technical certifications are a plus Knowledge of ArcGIS Online, Web AppBuilder, or Experience Builder If your skills and experience align with this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
