Job Description

You will be responsible for utilizing GIS software to analyze and interpret real estate data. Your role will involve creating maps and visualizations to support decision-making processes, developing spatial databases and data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide GIS support. It will be crucial for you to ensure data accuracy and integrity within GIS systems, stay updated on GIS trends and technologies to recommend improvements, and train and support team members on GIS software and tools. Additionally, you will be preparing and presenting GIS reports and findings to stakeholders. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, Geoinformatics, GIS, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in GIS, preferably in the Real Estate industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and MS Office is essential for success in this role.,
