- Leadership of that the Quality Management Systems is established in line with ISO9001:2015 & IATF 16949: 2016 requirements and maintained.

- Reporting to Sales / Marketing Manager & Initiating manager decision for Sales executive.

- RFQ Rising.

- Order Processing & Acknowledgement.

- Preparation Development WO & Contract Review.

- Export Documentation.

- Customer Complaints Register.

- ECN submission to R & D.

- Performa Invoice.

- Maintaining Ct3 Bond Register.

- Submission of Non Utilization of Bond.

- Submission of M Bill.

- LUT submission.

- Rework / Return – Excise.

- Transportation arrangement.

- Providing stock statement to customer.
