2. Job Overall:

What we do is international recruitment in healthcare sector. Project Lead will be communicating with management, teams in Germany and India, and candidates to make sure processes of paper work and language training go smooth. You will engaged with German market. You are responsible for keeping the candidates quality high for clients in Germany.

3. Responsibilities:

• Assess potential students based on their language and personality to decide which students to teach.
• Teach A1/A2 German to students
• collaborate and guide the teams in Germany and India.(Getting update from the team in India. Getting tasks from management and the team in Germany)
• Get rid of not-qualified candidates by screening calls.

The ideal candidate shall have the following qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's or College degree
• Open to Fresh Graduates
• German language level of B2 is must
• Proficient in English and German verbal and written communication
• Can handle applicants and clients in a very professional way
• Has a positive attitude and self-managed
