As a Genesys Cloud specialist with 3-9 years of experience, your role will involve Genesys PureCloud enablement and configuration. You will be responsible for hands-on experience with the PureCloud Technology suite applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Web Services Integration with 3rd party applications - Creating custom reports using Rest API - Configuration setup for various functionalities - Interaction Routing implementation - IVR setup and management - WFM (Workforce Management) configuration - Scripter for automation and customization - Obtaining Genesys PureCloud Certifications - Collaborating with 3rd Party vendors for Web Chat, Data DIP, Salesforce, Twilio integrations Your expertise in Genesys Cloud will be crucial for successful BU - Moment CXCRM implementation.
