Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced Genesys Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Genesys solutions with a focus on telephony systems, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications. Your role will involve ensuring seamless data synchronization and integration across multiple platforms, providing technical support, and troubleshooting performance issues. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement solutions involving telephony systems (PBX, VoIP), CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications. - Develop and consume APIs (Genesys Web Services - GWS) for data exchange, workflow automation, and integration with external systems. - Ensure seamless data synchronization and integration across multiple platforms. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot performance issues related to Genesys configurations, integrations, and applications. - Diagnose and resolve system defects, performance bottlenecks, and operational issues. - Monitor system health, analyze logs, and implement proactive measures to maintain system reliability. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications such as Genesys Certified Associate or Genesys Certified Professional are advantageous. - Over 10 years of experience in Genesys development and implementation. - Strong understanding of Genesys platform components and architecture. - Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Java, .NET (C#), or Voice XML. - Experience with system integration, API development, and data exchange protocols.,
