Job Title: Generative AI Python Senior Specialist Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Python Specialist to design, develop, and deploy traditional AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong Python development expertise, hands-on experience with LLMs, and the ability to build rapid prototypes using cloud-based GenAI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deliver GenAI solutions, PoCs, and demos using OpenAI (Azure), Bedrock (AWS), or Vertex (GCP).
• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML and LLM models (BERT, LSTMs, GPT, etc.).
• Perform data collection, preprocessing, mining, and analysis of structured/unstructured data.
• Build backend applications and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Implement embeddings, vector search, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
• Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search).
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Technical Skills Required

• 3+ years of Python development with strong knowledge of design patterns and async programming.
• 2+ years hands-on with GenAI frameworks: Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, model customization, and data pipeline creation.
• Strong ML/NLP background and proficiency with Azure Cognitive Services, AWS or GCP AI services.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, REST API development.
• Knowledge of Java or .NET is a plus.
