Generative AI Lead

As an AI-Lead at MRI-Software India, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models across various domains such as natural language processing, computer vision, and structured data. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and building LLM-based applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. - Developing and deploying traditional ML models for property and financial data analytics. - Implementing multi-modal AI solutions that combine text, vision, and tabular data. - Architecting Azure-based AI services using Kubernetes, serverless APIs, and MLOps best practices. - Leading AI experiments in Vision AI, including OCR, layout analysis, and document intelligence. - Mentoring junior AI developers and actively participating in technical reviews. - Contributing to AI research and development for internal patents and innovations. - Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and cloud teams globally. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with expertise in NLP, Vision, or ML. - Proficiency in LLMs, LangChain, transformers, traditional ML pipelines, model optimization, and feature engineering. - A strong software engineering background with skills in Python, API development, and microservices. - Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments, preferably Azure. - Hands-on experience with MLOps tools for versioning and deployment. - Exposure to vector databases and embeddings like Pinecone, FAISS. - Strong leadership, mentorship, and team collaboration skills.,
