Generative AI Engineer

As a Software Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions using Python, primarily focusing on integrating and utilizing Generative AI models. Your role will involve applying Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize the outputs of these models and designing software based on a solid understanding of Generative AI use cases. Throughout the software development lifecycle, you will adhere to and apply knowledge of Software Development Methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery. Working within a DevSecOps process and tools environment, you will contribute to automation, security, and operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-region and global teams will be a key aspect of your role, necessitating excellent communication and coordination skills. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code will be essential, along with utilizing version control systems such as Git for source code management. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will be expected to manage your tasks effectively, prioritize work independently, and organize your responsibilities under time and workload pressure. Participation in code reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving activities will also be part of your routine tasks. The ideal candidate for this position must have mandatory experience in Python, knowledge of Prompt Engineering, and a solid understanding of Generative AI models and their use cases. Proficiency in Software Development Methodologies, DevSecOps processes and tools, and version control systems like Git is required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong soft skills in communication and collaboration, are essential for this role. Candidates with experience in specific Generative AI models or platforms, cloud platforms and AI/ML services, MLOps or AIOps practices, Python web frameworks, data science libraries, and containerization will be considered advantageous. Advanced spoken and written English skills are certainly useful for cross-region collaboration. This position is based in Indore, India, and is a Work from Office (WFO) role.
