Role Overview We are seeking talented Polyglot + Gen AI Developers at both mid (3-5 years) and senior (5-8 years) levels to join our innovative team. This role involves architecting and developing scalable multi-language AI-driven systems, mentoring teams, driving Generative AI initiatives, and ensuring secure, high-performance cloud deployments. Remote work flexibility is Responsibilities : Architect and develop scalable multi-language systems using a variety of programming languages and AI/ML frameworks Mentor and guide development teams while fostering a culture of strong coding practices and innovation Lead Generative AI initiatives and integrations within enterprise SaaS and AI-driven applications Ensure performance optimization and secure deployment of applications on cloud platforms Collaborate with developers, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions Participate in client demos and provide updates as required during different project & Experience : Must-have skills : Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Go or Ruby, AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, microservices, React/Angular/Flutter, CI/CD, Kubernetes Good-to-have skills : Blockchain, IoT, cybersecurity, open-source contributions, event-driven/serverless architectures Experience : 3 - 5 years for mid-level developer, 5-8 years for senior developer roles Educational qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, preferably from Tier 1 institutions (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
